Interior design & retail · Ghana
A showroom website with a stock system running underneath it.
LH Interiors
The problem
LH Interiors is a curated furniture, lighting and decor showroom in Accra. They needed a storefront that matched the quality of the pieces, but a brochure site would have gone stale the week it launched. What the public sees has to reflect what is actually in stock, what has sold and what is arriving soon, without anyone maintaining the website and the inventory as two separate jobs.
What we built
- Public showroom site with a browsable product catalogue
- Full stock management back office behind it
- Live availability, in-stock and arriving-soon states driven by inventory data
- Pricing on the site served from the same records the business uses internally
- WhatsApp enquiry routing from product pages
Architecture notes
The storefront and the back office share one source of truth. Availability on the website is a view of the stock system rather than content someone edits, so receiving, selling or reserving a piece in the back office updates the public catalogue without anyone touching the site. Product states like in stock and arriving soon are computed from inventory records instead of being toggled by hand.
Outcome
Live at lhinteriorsgh.space. The showroom runs its catalogue and its inventory as one system instead of a website plus a spreadsheet.
