Most organisations have the data. It's in PDFs, in three systems that don't talk, and in a warehouse nobody trusts. The value isn't in the model. It's in the pipeline that feeds it.
We build ingestion and retrieval infrastructure: document processing at scale, RAG corpora with proper scope and permission filtering, event-driven pipelines and the warehouse layer underneath. We use AI where it does work a rule couldn't: extracting structure from unstructured documents, generating maintenance schedules from equipment history, forecasting demand.
