Amplify Labs was founded as MattoukTech, building software for businesses in Ghana that had outgrown their tools. The name changed in 2026. The work didn’t: operational systems for companies that need them to actually work.
We’re a small senior team by choice. Clients talk directly to the people building their system. There are no account managers, no offshore handoff, and no layer between the person who understood the problem and the person writing the code.

A background spanning enterprise systems, data engineering and product, currently building LoyaltyPass alongside client work. Our contracts, data protection posture and compliance documentation tend to be in better shape than a development shop’s usually are.

Headquartered in Accra, Ghana. Lebanon presence supporting international delivery and engagements. Registered as a private limited company in Ghana, with an offshore entity for international invoicing, which matters if you’re procuring from outside the region.
