Who we are
Amplify Labs is a software and AI company registered as a private limited company in Ghana, headquartered in Accra. For anything in this policy, contact admin@amplifylabs.dev.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, company, email address, optional WhatsApp number, and the description of what you want to build, along with your stated budget range and timeline. We collect nothing else about you on this site. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) that do not identify individual visitors.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver that engagement. The lawful basis under GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and performance of a contract where an engagement follows. We process personal data in accordance with Ghana’s Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) and, for individuals in the European Union, the GDPR.
Where it goes
Form submissions are not stored in any database. They are delivered directly to our inbox via Resend and Google Workspace. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted, unless an engagement is ongoing or law requires longer retention.
Your rights
Under both Act 843 and the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict our processing of it. Email admin@amplifylabs.dev and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission or your local EU supervisory authority.

This site sets no non-essential cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
