Hospitality · Ghana
HR that knows who worked, when, and what it cost.
Quattro Lounge & Bar
The problem
Hospitality runs on shifts, and shifts run on whoever is holding the roster. Quattro needed schedules that staff could rely on, attendance that reflected who actually showed up, and HR records accurate enough to settle questions about hours and pay without an argument.
What we built
- Shift scheduling built for restaurant and bar rotas
- Attendance tracking tied to the schedule, not kept beside it
- Employee records in one place for the HR department
- Reporting on hours worked, giving HR accurate data instead of estimates
Architecture notes
Scheduling and attendance are one model rather than two lists to reconcile. A shift is planned, then worked, and the record of both lives on the same object, which is what makes the reporting trustworthy. The system is internal to the business and not publicly accessible.
Outcome
The rota, the clock-ins and the HR file agree with each other. Scheduling disputes get settled by the record, not by memory.
